Rumors of an iPhone SE 4 Debut as Tim Cook Hints at “Apple Launch” Next Week

With Apple CEO Tim Cook confirming that the business will be releasing a new product on Wednesday, February 19, the iPhone SE 4 looks to be just around the horizon. It is anticipated that the launch will introduce a single gadget rather than several. The news follows rumors that the Cupertino-based tech titan would reveal the iPhone SE 4 the following week. The manufacturer of iPhones is also expected to release a new MacBook Air model with the M4 CPU and an entry-level iPad 11 in 2025. A silver-colored variant of the company’s logo was also hinted at by the CEO.

iPhone SE 4 Could Launch soon

Cook shared a picture of the silver Apple logo on X (previously Twitter) with the message, “Get ready to meet the newest member of the family.” The CEO did not provide any more information. Mark Gurman of Bloomberg, meanwhile, stated earlier this week that the teaser post may have been for the company’s announcement of the iPhone SE 4 next week.

Whether the new device will be introduced at an event or if it will only be announced on the company’s newsroom website is currently unknown. Cook’s message seemed more like a teaser than an invitation, even though Apple typically sends out event invites at least a week in advance. A live stream of a previously recorded video is still possible, though.

Leaked specifications for the iPhone SE 4

Since the current iPhone SE (2022) was released three years ago, there has been much conjecture about a new version of the smartphone. Possible specifications for the future iPhone SE 4 have been proposed in a number of reports. According to rumors, the smartphone will appear like the iPhone 14 and may forgo Touch ID and the home button in favor of Face ID for a more contemporary design. It is also expected to come with compatibility for Apple Intelligence features and a USB Type-C connection.

The A18 processor and 8GB of RAM are two additional possible configurations for the iPhone SE 4. Additionally, the smartphone is reportedly more expensive than its predecessor, which retailed for Rs. 43,900 for the 64GB internal storage model.
